What is the difference with the traditional piece dyed fabric?

We use solution dyeing technology, high temperature melt coloring from the fiber stage, which increases the coloring of yarn color. Therefore, the fabric far exceeds the traditional dyeing process in sunlight color fastness and weathering color fastness, and can reach the highest grade of the relevant laboratory standards in Europe and America. It has overcome the problems of fading and color migration during the use of traditional dyeing process, and greatly prolonged the service life of the products.

What are the advantages over the piece dyeing process besides the huge advantage of color fastness?

Compared with the traditional dyeing process, besides the advantage of color fastness, we also have the advantage of close to zero color difference. We can keep the color consistent from batch to batch, so there is no color difference between different batches or even different dyeing tanks of the same batch. In addition, because we do not go through the dyeing process, we are also far better than traditional dyeing process in terms of environmental protection.
