We were established in 2015 as a textile supplier specialising in the development and production of textiles, focusing on solution dyeing and finishing technology, our products are widely used in boat covers, awnings, marine storage covers, motorbike covers, furniture covers, camping tents and the automotive industry, etc. After years of continuous struggle, the company has obtained OEKO-TEX100 GRS IATF16949 and many other certifications, and all technical indicators are in line with American standards, European standards and other international standards.
Driven by the global carbon reduction action, we always adhere to the corporate philosophy of circular economy and green environmental protection. About colrasta®.
Colrasta® solution dyed oxford fabric has high color fastness ,vibrant colours, no colour migration, strong weather resistance, as well as resistance to seawater, chlorine bleaching, antibacterial and mildew, especially when exposed to strong UV sunlight or long periods of rain.
The secret to the vibrancy of the new colour for ten years comes from solution-dye technology, which provides rapid colouration of the fibres, while effectively extending the life of the fibres, transferring the colour throughout the fibres, keeping the yarn looking new for longer,and maintaining a constant resistance to staining and fading.
Environmentally friendly and harmless
Our fabrics score out of 100 on the standard scoring scale according to the testing procedure in AATCC Test Method 20.
High Color Fastness
Solvent-dyed fibers are one of the most colorfast fibers in the industry, and since the color runs through the fibers, it is nearly impossible to fade the fabric.
Anti-static
Static electricity absorbs dust, so that the adsorbed dust is not easy to be blown away when exposed to the air. The main feature of Lushang fabric is its anti-static function.
Water Proof
DWR is a waterproof (or water-repellent) coating added to fabrics by the factory, usually to prevent the outer layer of the fabric from being saturated with water.
Mildew-proof
The MR inhibitor is mixed with DWR solution and added to the PU coating, so that both sides of the fabric have the effect of preserving or preventing fungus, mildew or mildew.
